These terms outline how we operate, what clients can expect, and the responsibilities involved in working with Raso Agency.

1. Service Process

Clients begin by scheduling a discovery call. This meeting is used to understand your business, market position, and service needs. After the call, clients may choose to proceed with our services through a direct agreement. No services begin until the agreement and payment terms are confirmed.

2. Scope of Services

Raso Agency provides brand architecture, market positioning, and growth systems for service businesses. Our role is to build and strengthen your brand presence. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide correct and updated business information needed for service delivery. Delays in providing required information may affect service timelines.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Services will begin only after payment is received as per the agreed plan. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in temporary suspension of service.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Any refund eligibility depends on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve working with third-party platforms. Raso Agency cannot control third-party policies, updates, limitations, or account-level decisions made by those platforms.

7. Liability

Raso Agency is not responsible for:

  • Changes or actions taken by third-party platforms
  • Suspensions or limitations caused by factors outside our control
  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Technical issues, downtime, or delays from third-party platforms

8. Communication

All official communication will be through the email shared during onboarding. Clients are responsible for checking updates and providing timely responses when needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and documents shared by Raso Agency are owned by Raso Agency and cannot be copied or redistributed without written permission.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any continued engagement with our services after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
